I actually found the greatest piece of clothing. It’s a vest, but is comprised of just straps and pockets. It’s great for festivals, concerts and anything else where I want to keep my stuff close to me and my hands free. Maybe not appropriate for school but maybe your daughter could have a vest for exploring so she has pockets for all the neat stuff she finds. It would have the bonus benefit of not having rocks and bugs go through your washing machine.
